Looks like its loading and verifying your sp metadata then.

Are you getting the same "security requirements" error when you try and
access the SP?

I think / recall you are not using a shib-sp? so you will want to verify
how your request is being formed and sent to your IdP signed/unsigned.
Also the IdP should be more verbose now in its logs during a request so
that may help.

And you are positive ntp is set and being used on both ends :-)
