Jfyi, that means you've not set the logging to DEBUG successfully, or
for the wrong classes. If you need to see the protocol messages set
<logger name="org.opensaml" level="DEBUG"/> in logging.xml (replacing
the default or "WARN") and either wait for up to 10 minutes, or
restart the container (if you don't want to wait for the changes to
become active).
