Initial Setup -- Cannot Get SP and IDP Talking

How would I have done that and how can I undo that if I have? I have not consciously done anything to change any defaults. I am still trying to wrap my head around this whole thing.

I have no idea what it's complaining about, to be honest. That log trace
doesn't match anything I can identify. What it honestly looks like is that
you disabled the default security policy rules for signature checking.
