Shibboleth IDP with CAS

Look for all WARN or ERROR messages in the process log.
If that doesn't bring up additional information you may turn up
logging to DEBUG, as per

I don't know anything about your integration with CAS so I'll assume
for Shibboleth it's an ordinary RemoteUser login handler setup and
that you have verified that remote user indeed has been set by the
container (however one would do that with Tomcat).
