Hostname patch for Shibboleth IDP 2.4.0

Hi,

I've just been setting up a Shibboleth IDP.  One thing I had to do was
patch the build.xml file to support hostnames with extra components in
their domain names, like idp.test.mydomain.com

Without this patch, generating the scope from the hostname fails, as
it only expects a single dot in the scope.

I attach the patch.  Hope this helps.
