MCB 0.9.4 Available

Version 0.9.4 of the MCB (Multi-context Broker) is now available on the Shibboleth Wiki page:

Changes included:

* JAAS can use either Velocity or JSP for the login page
* The method list for the selection page is filtered to unique choices. Single choice goes directly to that method.
* The method list reflects the preferred order of the SP when the SP sends multiple choices.
* The select method template notifies the user that they must upgrade their authentication when shown for that purpose.
