Prod servers

Hi Dave -

MComm ops added the wso2 metadata and configuration to prod this weekend.
 I believe that everything went ok.

The metadata we're using is does mention port numbers in the
assertionConsumerService URLs.  Depending on how the prod instance of wso2
is configured (or if that configuration changes), we may have to update
that information.
