Thanks, I have changed the local JVM to Sun JDK, (it was IcedTea JDK) and it
works.

Not that it is much help, but this indicates that the run time library could
not find the language interpreter.  Is your JVM standard and recent?  What
version is the IdP?

ISTR that there was a gotcha in non the area of non-default languages a few
months ago, but this doesn't sound familiar.
