configuring IDP authN to use IPAddress for some devices ....

Hi,
Our IDP is configured to use the UsernamePassword handler (and kerberos)
for logins. We've been asked to "auto-magically" login some of the
public devices available in the lobby of the library.
The IPAddress Handler would seem to address this situation.
Ideally, I'd like to configure the IDP to:
-- try the IPAddress Handler; if that succeeds then proceed.
-- if that fails, then try the UsernamePassword handler.
However, for accessing arbitrary SPs, can the IDP be configured to do
that sequence ? I suspect not, but its worth asking ....
For a specific SP, could I configure that SP to request [IPAddress,
UsernamePassword] and would they be tried in that order ?
Thanks!
