IP address mismatch issues

The two places I've seen it come up:

- Firewalls configured to rotate IPs for outbound connections, even to 
the same destination.
- Wireless clients roaming between access points served by different 
VLANs (so the IP changes).

The latter seems to be happening more frequently these days as mobile 
devices become more popular.
