Troubleshooting Shibboleth on Windows

To all:

We are trying to figure out what happened to our Shibboleth instance on Windows after an reboot occurred of the OS - we tried https://localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status

On main admin is on vacation so I am trying to get this service back up and running in their absence.

And we get back the following, can someone point me to some helpful documentation on this:
HTTP Status 404 - /Shibboleth.sso/Status




type Status report
message /Shibboleth.sso/Status
description The requested resource (/Shibboleth.sso/Status) is not available.




Apache Tomcat/6.0.32
