Unable to join testshib - HTTP 404

Thank you for the response.
It is actually on install page of the same site: https://www.testshib.org/install.html that I found the 404 link.
Directly under the "Identity Provider Installation" there is a link that says "After you finish, you'll need to register your new provider with TestShib."
And this is the link: https://www.testshib.org/join.jsp

I received an error when I tried to upload the metadata directly and assumed that I missed a step. Now I realize my metadata is probably malformed.

I'll look in the logs again to see if I can find a problem.

The structure of TestShib Two was revised awhile ago and you must be working from some old guides.  The metadata submission process has been completely redone.

You may find the series of steps on the default TestShib pages helpful and I would encourage you to update(or notify the maintainers) of any stale docs.
