Configure IdP for alternate HTTP and HTTPS ports

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this is obvious...

Where can I find info on how to configure the IdP to use alternate ports 
for HTTP and HTTPS endpoints (e.g. 9080 for HTTP and 9443 for HTTPS).

I have searched the docs and archives and do not find anything obvious. 
All I found was how to configure jetty for alternate ports but then I 
see that IdP metadata at http://localhost:9080/idp/profile/Metadata/SAML 
shows various services at port 8443 for HTTPS instead of 9443 as 
configures in jetty's start.ini as follows:

jetty.secure.port=9443
jetty.https.port=9443
jetty.spdy.port=9443

What am I missing?
