ServiceNow Integration Issue

Hi List:

We have a ServiceNow integration at our University with Shibboleth.

Starting a few weeks ago, the development instance stopped working w.r.t
integration.

When analyzing the IdP log files, I notice the following difference between
Production and Development.

I checked the relying-part.xml and both the IdP Production and Development
were identical in setup.

Would you have any ideas on what to look for? Is this something ServiceNow
should update on their end?
