Message: Signature required

I've done several tests but I can't understand how the RelyingParty is
working.
When I tried to add a line like in the example in my <applicationdefault>
section of shibboleth2.xml (<RelyingParty Name="SpecialFederation"
keyName="special.example.org"/>) with signing="true" option my shibboleth is
not starting.
I think I forget something but I can't understand what.
Can you tell me what are the needed option and if there is something more to
create like a new xml for relying party ?
