Shibboleth IdP integration with Oracle 11g Identity Federation

Thanks Kevin,

As per the OIF customer/client, there is no need to have OIF console as we
are setting up OIF in SP mode. The SP mode setup is done using OAM (11.1.2)
console

But based on your previous answer, you have used the OIF console to do
certain things to make this Shibboleth and OIF to work ,

which means the above state of OIF console installation is not quite true,

any way I will wait for your instructions, curious to know what you entered
for SOAP Service URL, 

Still we are getting the bad certificate error, and we dont have OIF console
to do the things you described earlier, but further trying different options
