Thanks for the reply,

Is it possible to change the OIF to change the requested NameIDPolicy to
something supported by IdP
e.g transient NameID format

or 

Did you chage the IdP side to this email format?

As we got other SPs, am hesitant to change this in the IdP side


Also as we are using self signed certificates in IdP Meta data, while
loading this to SP, did you encounter any cerficate issues.
