FatalProfileException

I have had a couple of users at different Idps report this error intermittently:

opensaml::FatalProfileException
The system encountered an error at Mon Mar 11 16:17:33 2013
To report this problem, please contact the site administrator at mflynn at lynda.com.
Please include the following message in any email:
opensaml::FatalProfileException at (https://shib.lynda.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)
SAML response contained an error.
Error from identity provider:
Status: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:Responder

When I have seen these in the past, there is usually a Message following the status that indicates the issue like this for example:

opensaml::FatalProfileException
The system encountered an error at Mon Feb 18 12:23:30 2013
To report this problem, please contact the site administrator at mflynn at lynda.com.
Please include the following message in any email:
opensaml::FatalProfileException at (https://shib.lynda.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)
SAML response contained an error.
Error from identity provider:
    Status: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:Requester
    Message: Signature required


There is nothing in the logs for this error with no message.  Can anyone shed any light on this?
