As Tom said, the developers that work on the project (ok, principally me)
are fairly hostile to gateways as a concept for privacy and general
architectural reasons, and there aren't any particularly easy out of the
box ways to do this. It can be done, but there are usually better
alternatives that are explicitly designed to be a gateway.
