Administration tools for Shibboleth?

Ah!  I understand -- and generally agree with you.  But "admin tool"
doesn't have to have a GUI.  Even though (theoretically) a command line
interface is "harder" for someone not-that-technical to use, it could
provide some help to them vs hand editing of config file.

Well, actually it might help *me* even if it wouldn't help one of our
smart-but-less-technical administrators.

I'd be grateful to have it when it's sanitized.
