Shibboleth SP implements SLO. Just check the wiki documentation.

Shibboleth IdP does not implement SLO. There is a build supported by some
of the Hungarian universities of Shibboleth IdP with SLO support. A search
of the archives will yield the relevant information for that.

At the end of the day, closing the browser is still the safest approach
(though still not foolproof).
