https://github.com/Yaco-Sistemas/peer/ is a webapp for maintaining
metadata (eg for running your own federation of SPs) in a git repo.

Combine with an aggregator like Shibboleth MA1 or pyFF [1] to form
a local stream of metadata for your IdP.
