Unable to resolve XML error when creating a scripted Attribute - Fixed

I think that he error I have been seeing must have been caused by me mixing
namespace declarations as I have now resolved it by explicitly referring to
the Attribute Definition namespace declared in the AttributeResolver node at
the top of attribute-resolver.xml.
