Thanks Scott, that's a useful pointer. I haven't seen a Windows port of
xmllint yet but I use XML aware editors like Notepad++ and Eclipse to edit
the conf files so hopefully I have avoided basic syntax errors. My original
post was a bit mangled - the / missing from the post is not missing from
attribute-resolver.xml.
