Unable to parse SAML attributes and redirecting the request back to the URL

Thanks Scott,
Im sure all the url have https configured. In the IIS, shibboleth2.xml and the metadata provided to the idp.

for cookieprops attribute i have the data as below
cookieProps="; path=/; secure; HttpOnly" 


do you suggest i provide any info which might  help us diagnose the reason its behaving as is ?

The data has nothing to do with it, diagnosing the cause for a cookie to
be missing is.

The page describes the common causes for this, principally http and https
mixing.
