LDAP data connector timeouts

I use these two properties:

	<dc:LDAPProperty name="edu.vt.middleware.ldap.timeout" value="2000" />
	<dc:LDAPProperty name="com.sun.jndi.ldap.read.timeout" value="2000" />

I believe the latter controls the overall start to finish timeout.
