Attribute not encoded because no SAML2AttributeEncoder was attached to it

Hello Friends,

 

I can see my complete LDAP data in Idp-process.log. (I have removed that
here)

I am just trying to fetch mail, cn from that complete data.

 

In Logs  I am getting 

No attributes remained after encoding and filtering by value, no attribute
statement built.

 

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong am I doing?

Or what's changes are needed.
