Cookie IP address issues

Hi 

We are seeing login errors from users that are dual-homed, loadbalancing over multiple ISPs,have multiple proxies etc. 

The IDP logs show the following errors 

ERROR [edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.idp.session.IdPSessionFilter:182] - Client sent a cookie from address x.x.x.x but the cookie was issued to address y.y.y.y 

Can anyone advise me how to relax the IDP session filter security to ignore the scenario where the client may be routing via multiple public IP addresses.
