Hello Ian,
Is it possible to change the entities id of both SP and Idp without clean
install?
I guess that would take a long time to reconfigure all other things again.

You appear to have decided to call both your IdP and your SP by the same
entityID (as above). That's just not going to work, the two entities need
to have different entityIDs.
I suggest that you go back to a clean installation, and give the two
entities different entity IDs. I'd also suggest you set up real virtual
hosts for each rather than doing this 127.0.0.1 stuff, I think that is just
adding to the confusion.
