Are you following a specific set of instructions? Which ones?

Looks like the SAML metadata you gave the SP (describing the IDP) is
not usable. How did you create that?

(Also note that the IdP's entityID is a bit weird and usually
shouldn't contain a port number, but it's a valid URI, so technical is
legal.)
