Yeah, that's a better solution than the IdP-initiated option I suggested. I didn't list it because I wasn't confident how to name it and it takes some work to find the examples. :) Still, the approach is a list of static URLs that have the IdP/SP entityID explicitly or implicitly embedded in it.
