We (list) do not know or have the parameters that you  need to enter for
your local environment. You could post what you have minus any
credentials ... but other than that some basics are..

You need to verify connectivity to your MSAD from your IdP .. 
You need to know if you are using LDAPS or not. 
You need to have your search DN correct.
