Configuring Centralized Discovery Service

Are you sure that the DS metadata configuration contains the SP that you are
sending the message from:

Would indicate that it cannot.  The DS protocol requires that the DS knows
both about all the IdPs and about the SPs that can use it.  Additionally the
SPs have to have <DiscoveryResponse> endpoints.

This also looks suspicious?  How are you dispatching off to the DS?
