Configuring two applications within one Shibboleth installation

Since you seem to have re-used the previous entityID (what was
id="default") for the application with id="digid" maybe responses
are ending at the wrong application? (Do both SPs support the same
bindings?). I'd start by looking  at the SP's native log.
Not saying I fully grok your rather complicated example yet,
