AuthnFailed and SP IdP test configuration

Brian,

This error is typically caused by misconfiguration of the login handlers at the IdP.  The IdP administrators will need to select and configure a login mechanism.

In their case, they may need to comment out the RemoteHandler listener and uncomment the UsernamePassword listener in handler.xml.
