Also on which data connectors you are using and their responsiveness,
and what attributes you have configured (esp. scripted ones).
Logins per second will tend to dominate the CPU usage (mostly due to
crypto for the signature), while the data connectors will tend to
dominate latency (assuming you have an LDAP or RDBMS or other "external"
data connector).
