Apparently there are people using a Shib-IdP successfully with O365. I
do not know of a specific "howto" page to send as a reference. Rather..

On most Shib specific & Idm in general lists of late there are multiple
O365 threads to follow..

Please dig / sift through the respective list archives to find
information you are after.
