https://www.testshib.org and "The file you are attempting to upload is not valid metadata. Please correct any errors and try again."

Hi,

I'm trying to test my shibboleth installation.  Following the directions here:

https://www.testshib.org/configure.html I generated a shibboleth2.xml and installed it; and following the directions here:

https://www.testshib.org/metadata.html I generated the SAML metadata file and uploaded it to testshib.org

When I upload; I get to this page: https://www.testshib.org/procupload.php
and it has a message:

"The file you are attempting to upload is not valid metadata. Please correct any errors and try again."

But I don't see any report of any errors to correct.  Is there a command line tool to check the metadata file?

Does anyone have any hints or ideas how to resolve this issue or what step I'm missing from the instructions?
