Compiling the Shibboleth SP for OHS

Help,

I need to Compile the Shibboleth SP for OHS. Have any one had done this
and in order to do this is apache need to be installed prior to start the
compiling.

In order to rebuild the SRPM the OHS development libraries must be
installed (the equivalent to the httpd-devel package for Apache) along
with the apxs tool (APache eXtenSion tool), used during the build process.
