This (and many other models) will break down at the first SP you don't
fully control, i.e., federation.
Also it will likely destroy the usability of many of your own apps
with sessions expiring too fast and lost (mostly HTTP POST) content,
e.g. someone filling in a long form or typing an email in a webmail
app or whatever).
