SP deployed to PAAS

Hi all,

There was a discussion in  Feb 2012 regarding the options for deploying
a shibboleth SP to a PAAS and I was wondering that given a year + change
is a long time in computing if the user list had come across solutions
that might point to re-evaluating the decision to build & manage their
own SP hosting platform vs a suitably flexible hosting service  or are
there now shibboleth friendly paas available ?
