Simple alias for SP entityID?

It won't. If it's static, then there is no basis to do something different
based on it. If it's not static, as in fact it should not be if they are
asking for such a ridiculous accomodation, then it can be used to trigger
the activation of a different RelyingParty element, which can specify a
special entityID to use for the SP.
