Multiple IDP Entity IDs with 1 IDP

Rechecked. I have nothing overridden. Everything in the default. I have left
the request mapper section though to cater for 2 virtual hosts. Do I need to
remove the request mapper section as well? If so, how will I take care of 2
virtual hosts?
