Multiple IDP Entity IDs with 1 IDP

Oh Ok. The entity IDs (18h1q7erv2f1v and 1jvesn2fkw9vc) are given by my IDP. 
So it is the IDP entity ids.

I commented out the application override and this is the error message for
app2. App1 works fine.

Unable to map non-default applicationId to an ApplicationOverride, check
configuration.
