Multiple IDP Entity IDs with 1 IDP

Ok. Taking your advice I put in the URI for the 2nd app. I still get "Unable
to locate metadata for identity provider
(https://idr.test.com/IdPServlet?idp_id=1jvesn2fkw9vc)". The logs put in the
same message when the service is restarted. The first one works fine though.

  <RequestMapper type="Native">
        <RequestMap>
            <Host name="testa.com" entityID="18h1q7erv2f1v"
requireSession="true"/>
            <Host name="testb.com" applicationId="app2"
entityID="https://idr.test.com/IdPServlet?idp_id=1jvesn2fkw9vc"
authType="shibboleth"  requireSession="true"/>
        </RequestMap>
    </RequestMapper>

No change in application override but here it is for any reference

        <ApplicationOverride id="app2" entityID="https://testb.com" >
           <MetadataProvider type="XML" file="idpmetadataapp2.xml"/>
        </ApplicationOverride>
