testing with testshib - not all attributes showing up on testshib success page

The missing OID for your attributes at the testshib side is exactly
the reason they're not showing up: The Shib SP relies on the formal
attribut name to decide what to map (and into what). Without that info
it will just log a message letting you know that those unmapped
attirbutes have been discarded -- which you should be able to see
(testshib shows logs publicly, IIRC).
