Shibboleth is not logging

Unless it's a file permission issue, I have no idea.

Not unless you borked up the logger configuration files or something like
that, but I doubt you touched them.

You can check and see what path is inside the shibd.logger or
native.logger files, but if it was working, there's no reason related to
Shibboleth it would stop.
