Can I use Shibboleth SP on tomcat?

Hello Friends,

 

Is it possible to use Shibboleth SP on tomcat directly?

 

Currently I use apache to load SP module and the after auth from IdP ,Sp
fwd the request to tomcat.

 

Is it any how possible to bypass Apache and configure the tomcat to do the
all Apache tasks.
