skipping unmapped SAML 2.0 Attribute with Name

Well, it looks like it was the former. I didn't make anymore changes, 
shut down my computer, and then after restarting everything it worked. 
Is there some sort of Shibboleth system cache that I need to clear out 
even when I'm restarting the identity provider and service provider?

As an aside I'm using Apache as the web server and in order to finally 
get anything passed (coming through the headers now) I had to set 
"ShibUseHeaders On" in my virtual host. Not sure why I can't get the 
request attribute to work, but I'm okay with that for now.
