testing with sp.testshib.org against my IdP

I got past some syntax issues in login.config and now I'm getting authenticated.  After some trial and error, I have a working attribute-resolver.xml and attribute-filter.xml and testshib is now showing me authenticated and the testshib page shows the attributes I want being included in the assertion.

Still need to get more comfortable with all the config files in the conf directory.
